Ordering your personalised Business Bundle is quick and easy! 💚

Just follow the steps below to make sure everything is entered correctly before you checkout.

Select any options shown on the product page, such as:

• Finish

• Quantity

• Other available options

Please make sure all required options have been selected before continuing.

✍️ Step 4 — Add Your Personalisation

Enter the information you'd like us to use for your personalised items.

This may include:

• Business name

• Contact details

• Website

• Social media handles

• Other personalised information

• ⚠️ Please check carefully!

Enter your details exactly as you want them printed, including spelling, punctuation and capital letters.

We will use the information you provide when creating your products. You may not receive a preview for predesigned products.

📎 Step 5 — Upload Your Logo

If the product page includes a logo upload option, upload your logo here.

For the best results, please provide a high-quality PDF or PNG file where possible.

If you don't have your logo ready, please check the product instructions before placing your order to see whether you can provide it afterwards. (Not necessary on Rep Essential Bundles and Predesigned Bundles)

🛒 Step 6 — Add to Cart

Once you've completed all your options and personalisation, click:

🔍 Step 7 — Check Your Order

Before going to checkout, open your cart and carefully check:

✔️ You've selected the correct product

✔️ Your options are correct

✔️ Your personalisation details are correct

✔️ Your quantity is correct

✔️ Your logo has been uploaded if required

💳 Step 8 — Checkout

When everything looks correct, click Checkout.

Enter your:

• Email address

• Delivery details

• Phone number, if requested

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it during checkout.

💰 Step 9 — Complete Your Payment

Choose your preferred payment method and complete your payment.

Please remember that your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

🎉 Step 10 — Check Your Confirmation

Once your order has gone through, you'll see an order confirmation on screen and should also receive a confirmation email.

Important Information – Please Read Before Ordering

These bundles are pre-designed and will be personalised using the business logo supplied. If you would prefer a fully custom design or wish to use your own logo, alternative bundle options are available.

As these bundles are pre-designed, a preview/proof will not be provided. This helps us speed up the production process and keep turnaround times as quick as possible.

Please ensure all information entered at checkout is correct, as the details will be copied and pasted directly onto your stationery. We recommend checking all spelling, punctuation, contact details, and social media information carefully before placing your order. Please enter your information exactly as you would like it to appear.

Any additional items purchased alongside your bundle will be charged at your selected postage rate and may arrive separately. This is because the bundles are packed and weighed in advance, with postage costs already included. Additional products may increase the parcel weight and therefore require separate packaging and postage arrangements.

• Business Cards (300gsm card) and Thank You cards (220gsm Glossy Card) are single sided and a generic template

• Planner and Book inserts are not customisable but the cover will match your brand and is laminated to ensure longevity

• Lollipops are flat not round for safety reasons

• Scratch Cards and Loyalty Cards are a generic design. If you would like a specific offer or a coupon code adding please put this in the relevant section. Scratch Panels will match your logo colours

• Packing paper is printed on 60 gsm

• Gift Vouchers are printed on 300gsm Glossy Card

If you are a repeat customer your products are kept on file and you need do nothing unless something has changed since your last order.

Unfortunately, due to these being heavy discounted the contents are not adjustable

Printed on premium 300gsm cardstock, each card offers a high-quality, professional finish. The front includes your custom QR code linking directly to your shop, while the reverse is left blank for your own personal message.

Please note I take no responsibility for the misuse of the scratch cards. I advise that you do not sell these without providing each purchaser with some sort of prize. These can be gifted or sold, with each card being a winner. (Gambling is when a ticket of some form is purchased to enter into a lottery or prize draw, and there is an element of risk, such as not gaining anything in return.)

SHIPPING & RETURNS – QUICK SUMMARY

• Turnaround: Our standard production time is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Design work, amendments and busy periods may require additional time.

• No priority service: Orders are completed in the order they are received. We do not offer a rush, priority or "jump the queue" service, regardless of order size. This also applies to collection orders.

• Please order early: We recommend ordering well in advance if you need your items for a specific date, particularly during busy periods and around bank holidays.

• Delivery: We use Royal Mail and Evri for suitable orders. DPD is only available for large or bulky items.

• Foamex boards: These are sent exclusively via DPD with insurance included.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch email. Small parcels and large letters may not receive their first scan until they reach the local depot.

• Courier delays: Delivery times are controlled by the courier once your parcel has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, including delays caused by busy periods, bank holidays, weather or disruption.

• Lost or damaged parcels: A replacement will only be issued once the courier has investigated and confirmed the parcel as lost or damaged, allowing a claim to be pursued where applicable. Please retain damaged packaging and provide photographs if requested.

• Personalised items: Personalised and bespoke products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. They can be returned/replaced if they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.

• Non-personalised items: Eligible non-personalised products can be returned under the usual online change-of-mind rules. Customers have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to return the item.

• Return condition: Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in resalable condition. A deduction may apply where an item has been unnecessarily used or damaged.

• Faulty items: Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
