Once your design has been prepared, you will receive a preview to review before anything is sent to print. This stage is essential, as it allows you to check that all details are correct and exactly how you want them.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors can occasionally occur. This may include incorrect contact details, missing digits, or design elements that may not meet your expectations.
It is your responsibility to carefully review all previews provided.

By approving your preview, you are confirming that all details are correct.
Once approved and sent to print, any errors that were not identified at the preview stage cannot be corrected, and reprints will be at your own cost.
To avoid any unnecessary expense or delays, please take the time to review your previews thoroughly before giving approval.
