Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING & RETURNS – QUICK SUMMARY
Turnaround: Our standard production time is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Design work, amendments and busy periods may require additional time.
No priority service: Orders are completed in the order they are received. We do not offer a rush, priority or "jump the queue" service, regardless of order size. This also applies to collection orders.
Please order early: We recommend ordering well in advance if you need your items for a specific date, particularly during busy periods and around bank holidays.
Delivery: We use Royal Mail and Evri for suitable orders. DPD is only available for large or bulky items.
Foamex boards: These are sent exclusively via DPD with insurance included.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch email. Small parcels and large letters may not receive their first scan until they reach the local depot.
Courier delays: Delivery times are controlled by the courier once your parcel has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, including delays caused by busy periods, bank holidays, weather or disruption.
Lost or damaged parcels: A replacement will only be issued once the courier has investigated and confirmed the parcel as lost or damaged, allowing a claim to be pursued where applicable. Please retain damaged packaging and provide photographs if requested.
Personalised items: Personalised and bespoke products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. They can be returned/replaced if they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.
Non-personalised items: Eligible non-personalised products can be returned under the usual online change-of-mind rules. Customers have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to return the item.
Return condition: Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in resalable condition. A deduction may apply where an item has been unnecessarily used or damaged.
Faulty items: Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Product Specifications For Business Bundles
Business Cards (300gsm card) and Thank You cards (220gsm Glossy Card) are single sided and a generic template
Planner and Book inserts are not customisable but the cover will match your brand and is laminated to ensure longevity
Lollipops are flat not round for safety reasons
Scratch Cards and Loyalty Cards are a generic design. If you would like a specific offer or a coupon code adding please put this in the relevant section. Scratch Panels will match your logo colours
Packing paper is printed on 60 gsm
Gift Vouchers are printed on 300gsm Glossy Card
If you are a repeat customer your products are kept on file and you need do nothing unless something has changed since your last order.
Unfortunately, due to these being heavy discounted the contents are not adjustable
How To Order
Add your business details for your business cards. Not having the right information at the time of ordering may impact the turnaround time.
If your cards contain aftercare a standard template will be used for your business needs or you can provide text in the box provided.
If your box contains flyers please provide as much information as possible or upload a design
As generic templates are used you may not receive a preview of the products before printing, please check to make sure all your information is correct as this will be copied and pasted
