Thank You Cards
These Thank You cards are the perfect way to show your appreciation to your customers. They are an excellent way to encourage repeat sales and increase the likelihood that your customers will leave a review. The cards come in a variety of stylish designs and are printed on high-quality cardstock, making them ideal for sending out to your valued customers. Make sure to show your customers how much you appreciate them with these cards. Each card is designed to match your logo design.
1) Select the Qty from the drop down menu (Please remember if an item comes in a pack of 10 only 1 needs to be ordered to receive the 10)
2) Upload any logos, images or designs (You can also upload images of your design ideas)
3) Make sure all information is left in the drop down boxes provided. Delay in this can increase your turnaround time
4) Please make sure all images to be used are clear and in the correct format, PNG, JPeg or PDF. Screenshots cannot be used. Any copyright images will not be used. All our images for printing have paid for licenses and these are non transferable. We use Canva and Affinity Designer for our design programs so you can send "Unflattened PDF Files and Canva Links if amendments are needed. This can only be done if it is your original artwork.
5) Add to basket. If you require a preview, please check your inboxes no later then the next working day from when the order was placed.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault along with your order number when contacting us. Once the faulty item has been returned, we will issue a refund. Any misprints or typos after final preview acceptance is not our responsibility and you will be expected to pay for this at your own cost.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays. If your order requires design work, the turnaround time may be longer. We will always endeavor to keep you informed of any delays.

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on the option you choose. Your delivery time depends on the courier you choose at the time of checkout. Please note that busy periods could cause delays and we are not held responsible for courier delays.
