All business cards, loyalty cards, and scratch cards are printed on premium 300gsm satin cardstock for a high-quality, professional finish. Thank you cards are printed on glossy 220gsm cardstock for a vibrant, polished look.

Your logo stickers are 4cm round and printed on matt paper, while brochure stickers measure 6.3 x 3.4cm in a rectangular format. Sample stickers are uniquely designed in a burner shape to complement your Scentsy brand perfectly.

This bundle is ideal for boosting customer engagement, increasing brand visibility, and encouraging repeat business through loyalty and promotional incentives.

Please ensure all personalisation details are entered correctly when ordering, as designs are created using the information provided.

Please note I take no responsibility for the misuse of the scratch cards. I advise that you do not sell these without providing each purchaser with some sort of prize. These can be gifted or sold, with each card being a winner. (Gambling is when a ticket of some form is purchased to enter into a lottery or prize draw, and there is an element of risk, such as not gaining anything in return.)

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault along with your order number when contacting us.  Once the faulty item has been returned, we will issue a refund. Any misprints or typos after final preview acceptance is not our responsibility and you will be expected to pay for this at your own cost.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays. If your order requires design work, the turnaround time may be longer. We will always endeavor to keep you informed of any delays.

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on the option you choose.  Your delivery time depends on the courier you choose at the time of checkout. Please note that busy periods could cause delays and we are not held responsible for courier delays.

These bundles are pre-designed and will be personalised using the business logo supplied. If you would prefer a fully custom design or wish to use your own logo, alternative bundle options are available.

As these bundles are pre-designed, a preview/proof will not be provided. This helps us speed up the production process and keep turnaround times as quick as possible.

Please ensure all information entered at checkout is correct, as the details will be copied and pasted directly onto your stationery. We recommend checking all spelling, punctuation, contact details, and social media information carefully before placing your order. Please enter your information exactly as you would like it to appear.

Any additional items purchased alongside your bundle will be charged at your selected postage rate and may arrive separately. This is because the bundles are packed and weighed in advance, with postage costs already included. Additional products may increase the parcel weight and therefore require separate packaging and postage arrangements.
