Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING & RETURNS – QUICK SUMMARY
Turnaround: Our standard production time is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Design work, amendments and busy periods may require additional time.
No priority service: Orders are completed in the order they are received. We do not offer a rush, priority or "jump the queue" service, regardless of order size. This also applies to collection orders.
Please order early: We recommend ordering well in advance if you need your items for a specific date, particularly during busy periods and around bank holidays.
Delivery: We use Royal Mail and Evri for suitable orders. DPD is only available for large or bulky items.
Foamex boards: These are sent exclusively via DPD with insurance included.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch email. Small parcels and large letters may not receive their first scan until they reach the local depot.
Courier delays: Delivery times are controlled by the courier once your parcel has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, including delays caused by busy periods, bank holidays, weather or disruption.
Lost or damaged parcels: A replacement will only be issued once the courier has investigated and confirmed the parcel as lost or damaged, allowing a claim to be pursued where applicable. Please retain damaged packaging and provide photographs if requested.
Personalised items: Personalised and bespoke products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. They can be returned/replaced if they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.
Non-personalised items: Eligible non-personalised products can be returned under the usual online change-of-mind rules. Customers have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to return the item.
Return condition: Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in resalable condition. A deduction may apply where an item has been unnecessarily used or damaged.
Faulty items: Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Ordering your personalised paper couldn't be easier!
1️⃣ Choose Your Size
Select the size of paper you require from the options available.
2️⃣ Choose Your Quantity
Select the quantity you would like to order. Whether you need a small amount to try or enough to keep your packaging stocked, we have options to suit you.
3️⃣ Upload Your Logo
Upload your high-quality logo when placing your order. We'll use your logo to create a repeating pattern across the paper, with logos approximately 4–5cm in size and evenly spaced.
4️⃣ Place Your Order
Add your chosen option to your basket and complete your order through our website. Please remember, an enquiry is not an order — your order will only be started once payment has been confirmed.
5️⃣ We Do The Rest!
Once your payment and artwork have been received, we'll prepare your personalised paper for printing and carefully package it ready for dispatch.
Want something a little different? If you'd like a different logo size, layout or design, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible and whether a design fee will apply.
