Shipping & Return Policy
We aim to have your book dispatched and on its way to you within 3 working days, delivery depends on which option you have chosen at the checkout.
This item can be returned if you change your mind within 5 days of receiving the item. It must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we do not offer free postage for change of mind returns.
Damaged binders must be reported on the day of arrival. These are not guaranteed after this day

Shipping & Returns Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for faulty items. Report faults within 24 hours with photographic evidence and your order number. After returning the faulty item, a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for misprints or typos after final preview acceptance, and costs for corrections will be your responsibility.
This product has a 5-7 working day turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays), and shipping options via Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
