These business cards are single sided

Printed on premium 300gsm cardstock, each card offers a high-quality, professional finish. The can include a custom QR code, enter the link to where you would like the QR code to be directed and we will create this for you. The reverse is left blank for your own personal message.

Please note: Previews are only provided for design purposes, whilst the foil finish cannot be shown in a lifestyle photo we will highlight the sections that will be foiled. All details will be copied exactly as entered, so please check carefully before ordering.

Simply upload your logo, please note if your logo has a busy background or too much detail only certain aspects will be picked out for foiling. For best results, upload your logo with a transparent background. You will be sent a preview before sending to print, although we cannot show you the foil in action this will be highlighted in the design as either gold or black.

SHIPPING & RETURNS – QUICK SUMMARY

• Turnaround: Our standard production time is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Design work, amendments and busy periods may require additional time.

• No priority service: Orders are completed in the order they are received. We do not offer a rush, priority or "jump the queue" service, regardless of order size. This also applies to collection orders.

• Please order early: We recommend ordering well in advance if you need your items for a specific date, particularly during busy periods and around bank holidays.

• Delivery: We use Royal Mail and Evri for suitable orders. DPD is only available for large or bulky items.

• Foamex boards: These are sent exclusively via DPD with insurance included.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch email. Small parcels and large letters may not receive their first scan until they reach the local depot.

• Courier delays: Delivery times are controlled by the courier once your parcel has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, including delays caused by busy periods, bank holidays, weather or disruption.

• Lost or damaged parcels: A replacement will only be issued once the courier has investigated and confirmed the parcel as lost or damaged, allowing a claim to be pursued where applicable. Please retain damaged packaging and provide photographs if requested.

• Personalised items: Personalised and bespoke products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. They can be returned/replaced if they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.

• Non-personalised items: Eligible non-personalised products can be returned under the usual online change-of-mind rules. Customers have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to return the item.

• Return condition: Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in resalable condition. A deduction may apply where an item has been unnecessarily used or damaged.

• Faulty items: Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
