Each order of service booklet can be fully customised with your chosen photos, readings, hymns, and order of proceedings. Whether you need a simple, elegant design or something more personal, our high-quality printing ensures a dignified tribute that guests will treasure.
Please ensure all information is sent with the order or emailed to info@tsbusinesscardslabels.co.uk as this order will be made a priority due to the short time frame you may have. If the order is placed on a Friday please ensure there is enough time as your order may not get picked up until Monday, drop us a message if you are unsure.
These Order of Service booklets are professionally printed on high quality 300gsm white satin silk card for a smooth premium finish.
Due to these items being time sensitive, all funeral stationery orders are treated as a priority. If you are ordering on a Friday or during particularly busy periods such as Christmas, please email info@tsbusinesscardslabels.co.uk or send a message before ordering to ensure your required timeframe can be met.
Please ensure all photographs are uploaded at the time of ordering and all wording and information is provided correctly. All text is copied and pasted directly into the design, therefore customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates and wording before submission.
A print preview will be sent before your order goes to print. Please ensure you regularly check your inbox and respond promptly, as delays in approving your preview may delay dispatch.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. To avoid delays, we recommend ordering funeral stationery separately from unrelated items.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault along with your order number when contacting us. Once the faulty item has been returned, we will issue a refund. Any misprints or typos after final preview acceptance is not our responsibility and you will be expected to pay for this at your own cost.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays. If your order requires design work, the turnaround time may be longer. We will always endeavor to keep you informed of any delays.
