On the 1st of every month, we'll send you a themed box of your choice, packed with custom business cards, stickers, and branded packaging designed specifically with small businesses in mind. Your first box will be sent on the 1st day of the month after your subscription has been set up, and then every month thereafter to keep your brand fresh and consistent. Please note, the cut-off date for subscribing to the next box is seven days before they are due to ship, so you can easily plan ahead. This subscription is the perfect way to maintain a polished, cohesive brand image while saving time and effort.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault along with your order number when contacting us. Once the faulty item has been returned, we will issue a refund. Any misprints or typos after final preview acceptance is not our responsibility and you will be expected to pay for this at your own cost.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays. If your order requires design work, the turnaround time may be longer. We will always endeavor to keep you informed of any delays.
