RETURNS POLICY
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault along with your order number when contacting us. Once the faulty item has been returned, we will issue a refund. Any misprints or typos after final preview acceptance is not our responsibility and you will be expected to pay for this at your own cost.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays. If your order requires design work, the turnaround time may be longer. We will always endeavor to keep you informed of any delays.

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on the option you choose. Your delivery time depends on the courier you choose at the time of checkout. Please note that busy periods could cause delays and we are not held responsible for courier delays.
When selecting the “Upload Your Own Design” option or you have selected no for the design option, please ensure your artwork meets the required print specifications.
If your design does not meet the required guidelines, you will be contacted and asked to amend and resubmit your artwork. This may delay your order turnaround time.
T S Business Cards and Labels accepts no responsibility for low resolution, poorly designed or incorrectly sized artwork supplied by customers. Uploaded artwork is only checked to ensure basic print specifications are met and will not be edited, corrected or altered in any way.
If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable for print, we strongly recommend selecting our design service to help avoid mistakes and ensure the best possible finish.
Please note: we do not accept AI-generated artwork files. These are often supplied in low resolution, incorrect sizing and can contain spelling or design inconsistencies that affect print quality.
Before uploading please ensure your design size matches the size of product selected.
All background colours, images and design elements should extend fully to the edge of the template to avoid unwanted white borders after trimming.
Please keep all important text, logos, QR codes and key design elements away from the cut lines and safe areas, as slight movement during the printing and trimming process may result in these being cut off.
