Custom Necklace Cards

SHIPPING & RETURNS – QUICK SUMMARY

• Turnaround: Our standard production time is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Design work, amendments and busy periods may require additional time.

• No priority service: Orders are completed in the order they are received. We do not offer a rush, priority or "jump the queue" service, regardless of order size. This also applies to collection orders.

• Please order early: We recommend ordering well in advance if you need your items for a specific date, particularly during busy periods and around bank holidays.

• Delivery: We use Royal Mail and Evri for suitable orders. DPD is only available for large or bulky items.

• Foamex boards: These are sent exclusively via DPD with insurance included.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch email. Small parcels and large letters may not receive their first scan until they reach the local depot.

• Courier delays: Delivery times are controlled by the courier once your parcel has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, including delays caused by busy periods, bank holidays, weather or disruption.

• Lost or damaged parcels: A replacement will only be issued once the courier has investigated and confirmed the parcel as lost or damaged, allowing a claim to be pursued where applicable. Please retain damaged packaging and provide photographs if requested.

• Personalised items: Personalised and bespoke products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. They can be returned/replaced if they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.

• Non-personalised items: Eligible non-personalised products can be returned under the usual online change-of-mind rules. Customers have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to return the item.

• Return condition: Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in resalable condition. A deduction may apply where an item has been unnecessarily used or damaged.

• Faulty items: Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

1) Select the Qty from the drop down menu (Please remember if an item comes in a pack of 10 only 1 needs to be ordered to receive the 10)

2) Upload any logos, images or designs (You can also upload images of your design ideas)

3) Make sure all information is left in the drop down boxes provided. Delay in this can increase your turnaround time

4) Please make sure all images to be used are clear and in the correct format, PNG, JPeg or PDF. Screenshots cannot be used. Any copyright images will not be used. All our images for printing have paid for licenses and these are non transferable. We use Canva and Affinity Designer for our design programs so you can send "Unflattened PDF Files and Canva Links if amendments are needed. This can only be done if it is your original artwork.

5) Add to basket. If you require a preview, please check your inboxes no later then the next working day from when the order was placed.

Earring Cards -

Each earring display card comes with 2, 1.5mm punched holes (approx. 2.2cm between each hole) and can be personalised with your logo and social media handles.

Bracelet Cards -

Each bracelet card will have a slight cut out at the side for your bracelet to sit in, please measure your bracelets to make sure they fit the cards before ordering, we do recommend a please of tape at the back of the card to secure your bracelet to the card. Each card can be personalised with your logo and social media handles.

Necklace Cards -

Each Necklace card will have 45 degree cuts on each side of the card for the necklace to fit securely in place. We do recommend securing the remaining necklace at the back of the card with some tape. Each card can be personalised with your logo and social media handle.

Multi Use Jewellery Cards -

Multi use jewellery cards are designed to hold 2 or 3 pieces of jewellery at once. Each Card can be personalised with your logo and social media handle.

Hanging Jewellery Cards -

You will receive 15 cards printed on 220gsm card, the card background is white. These cards are perfect for bracelets and necklaces and are available in several shapes, with or without hanging holes, Each card can be personalised with your logo and social media handle.

We will also endeavour to match the colour scheme of your earring display cards to your logo to achieve a cohesive design
