  • RETURNS POLICY

    Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault along with your order number when contacting us.  Once the faulty item has been returned, we will issue a refund. Any misprints or typos after final preview acceptance is not our responsibility and you will be expected to pay for this at your own cost.

    TURNAROUND TIME

    Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays. If your order requires design work, the turnaround time may be longer. We will always endeavor to keep you informed of any delays.  

    SHIPPING POLICY

    You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on the option you choose.  Your delivery time depends on the courier you choose at the time of checkout.
