Silk Cardstock - Crafted from premium materials, our silk cardstock offers a smooth, silky finish on both sides, ensuring your prints and designs look professional and polished.

• 300gsm - This paper usually gets chosen because it is writable and has a robust quality. This is a perfect option for smaller print runs

• 400gsm - This paper is the thickest out of our range of materials and is 4x as thick as printing paper. This material is mainly used for unique and exclusive affairs. Thickness: 0,4mm.

• 400gsm + matte lamination - Gives your products that extra feeling. The matte lamination gives your product a luxurious and powerful look.

• 400gsm + Gloss Lamination - With this material, your product looks and feels solid and professional, plus it has a high gloss finish. Thickness: 0,41mm.

• If you have created a Canva design that needs tweaking, you can share the link in the provided box. Please remember to allow access to the link for us to make alterations.

• If you require a design, please provide your business contact details, any further information that will help with your design in the boxes provided and upload your logo if you have one. Please remember if you need a design DO NOT select Create your own as a design will not be provided.

• Alternatively, you can use the free Canva template to create your design in the correct sizing and reupload it here using our upload button.

• If we are designing your card we will forward a preview of your designed card once completed. This will be the next working day after weekends and bank holidays. Delays in providing information or accepting your preview will affect the turnaround times. Own designs and templates will not receive a preview, this is to speed up the design process. Please check your inboxes and junk mail, delays on acceoting previews slows the production process significantly.

How to share your Canva design with us

1. Open your design in Canva.

2. Click Share in the top-right corner.

3. Under Access, change “Only you can access” to “Anyone with the link.”

4. Change the permission to “Can edit.”

5. Click Copy link.

6. Paste the link into the box provided when placing your order.

Important: Please make sure the link is set to Can edit. A “Can view” link will not allow us to access the editable template.

How to Revoke Access to Your Canva Design

Once your order has been completed, you can easily remove our access to your Canva design.

1. Open your design in Canva and click Share in the top-right corner.

2. Change the link settings from “Anyone with the link” back to “Only you can access.”

3. Remove specific people if you have shared the design directly by email. Click the dropdown next to their name and select “Remove.”

4. Your design is now private again. Please do not do this until your order has been processed as we will not be able to access it to print.

Once access has been removed, anyone using the previous link will see a “You don’t have access” message and will no longer be able to view or edit your design.

Your designs remain yours. We only use the access provided to complete your print order and do not share your designs or templates with anyone else.

Make Your Art Work Print Ready

To ensure a seamless transition from the design phase to printing, we have a straightforward guideline to assist you!

1. Get your file ready! We suggest using our template, but feel free to go rogue and try to design it yourself—just don't forget to add a 3 mm bleed. For picture-perfect quality, stick to the golden rule: 300 dpi resolution for prints so sharp, they might just cut you!

2. Finishing - Upload your file using the upload button provided. If your business card is double sided please either attach a PDF file including both designs or a PNG (Screenshots will not be accepted under any circumstances for business card designs)  See our guide for AI print ready designs, these need to be in the correct sizing as these cannot be altered by us.

3. Extra checks - There are some checks to take into consideration before exporting your artwork

   1. The Same colour on different types of paper can give different end results

   2. All fonts and objects must be embedded

   3. Check your layers for overprint

4. Export to PDF - Export your artwork to PDF format and make sure your document colour mode is CMYK.

SHIPPING & RETURNS – QUICK SUMMARY

• Turnaround: Our standard production time is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Design work, amendments and busy periods may require additional time.

• No priority service: Orders are completed in the order they are received. We do not offer a rush, priority or "jump the queue" service, regardless of order size. This also applies to collection orders.

• Please order early: We recommend ordering well in advance if you need your items for a specific date, particularly during busy periods and around bank holidays.

• Delivery: We use Royal Mail and Evri for suitable orders. DPD is only available for large or bulky items.

• Foamex boards: These are sent exclusively via DPD with insurance included.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch email. Small parcels and large letters may not receive their first scan until they reach the local depot.

• Courier delays: Delivery times are controlled by the courier once your parcel has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, including delays caused by busy periods, bank holidays, weather or disruption.

• Lost or damaged parcels: A replacement will only be issued once the courier has investigated and confirmed the parcel as lost or damaged, allowing a claim to be pursued where applicable. Please retain damaged packaging and provide photographs if requested.

• Personalised items: Personalised and bespoke products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. They can be returned/replaced if they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.

• Non-personalised items: Eligible non-personalised products can be returned under the usual online change-of-mind rules. Customers have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to return the item.

• Return condition: Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in resalable condition. A deduction may apply where an item has been unnecessarily used or damaged.

• Faulty items: Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
