CLP Labels for Candles

Important Notice

Fragrances default to the original formulation unless clearly marked otherwise (eg. New Formula, V2 V3). Please make sure when entering the scent name this matches your oil you are using

• We print the CLP Labels based on your suppliers provided templates, any GPSR information is not included unless you provide the required content.  You must ensure your supplier template is appropriate for your base (eg, Augeo or non-Hazardous) and for the product type you are selling.

• You must check the IFRA Certificate of conformity to confirm safe usage percentages for your product type.

• If your fragrance supplier does not provide a GB CLP template we may need to refund for that scent.  You can find this information on your supplier website under the documents section of the fragrance oil,

• Add Your Scent Name and Alternative Scent name if required

• Business Information - This must include your business name, address and Tel No (Mandatory) If you are a repeat customer or are ordering multiple scents add N/A or your business name only to aid with the speed of ordering.

Please Note:  All details are printed exactly as submitted so please make sure they are correct.

If scent names are entered incorrectly they will be entered as you have written and not altered as they will be an assumed alternative name

• 65mm x 85mm - 10 Labels,  

• 48mm x 70mm - 18 Labels, 

• 60mm Round - 12 Labels 

• 51mm Round - 15 labels

• 45mm Round - 24 Labels

• 40mm Square - 24 Labels

Non Mandatory warnings will be omitted on smaller labels to ensure the hazard pictograms are at a minimum of 1cm. Candle labels are only available at a minimum of 51mm due to the extra pictogram information required.

Small Room Spray CLP any smaller than 51mm will not include the safe use directions or fire hazard warning, please consider this when ordering as this is an essential part of your labelling and will need to be added onto your product

SHIPPING & RETURNS – QUICK SUMMARY

• Turnaround: Our standard production time is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Design work, amendments and busy periods may require additional time.

• No priority service: Orders are completed in the order they are received. We do not offer a rush, priority or "jump the queue" service, regardless of order size. This also applies to collection orders.

• Please order early: We recommend ordering well in advance if you need your items for a specific date, particularly during busy periods and around bank holidays.

• Delivery: We use Royal Mail and Evri for suitable orders. DPD is only available for large or bulky items.

• Foamex boards: These are sent exclusively via DPD with insurance included.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch email. Small parcels and large letters may not receive their first scan until they reach the local depot.

• Courier delays: Delivery times are controlled by the courier once your parcel has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, including delays caused by busy periods, bank holidays, weather or disruption.

• Lost or damaged parcels: A replacement will only be issued once the courier has investigated and confirmed the parcel as lost or damaged, allowing a claim to be pursued where applicable. Please retain damaged packaging and provide photographs if requested.

• Personalised items: Personalised and bespoke products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. They can be returned/replaced if they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.

• Non-personalised items: Eligible non-personalised products can be returned under the usual online change-of-mind rules. Customers have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to return the item.

• Return condition: Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in resalable condition. A deduction may apply where an item has been unnecessarily used or damaged.

• Faulty items: Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
