RETURNS POLICY
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault along with your order number when contacting us. Once the faulty item has been returned, we will issue a refund. Any misprints or typos after final preview acceptance is not our responsibility and you will be expected to pay for this at your own cost.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays. If your order requires design work, the turnaround time may be longer. We will always endeavor to keep you informed of any delays.

Name Tag Vinyls
Each name tag vinyl will be approximately 7cm long. The font size will depend on your longest name, therefore the shortest name may look smaller on the tag but will remain in unison with all the other names. These are specific to the standard acrylic tag so if you have a height restriction please comment this at the checkout so the height can be adjusted. Due to the size please try and limit double barrel names.

Champagne Flute Decals
Each decal set will include name and title for example, Hen do, Bride, Happy Birthday etc. The name will be in the chosen font and the title will match in a more formal font. Add in the text box provided if you would like a decorative heart at the end of the name.
Each decal will be the maximum 7cm long, only the first letter of the name will be capitalised, the role will be all caps. Any flourishes will be added separately so you can place these anywhere you desire. Each flourish will have a small solid shape and a decorative shape where possible.
Custom Vinyl Name Decals
Please consider the length of your words when choosing your decal, the shorter the decal the smaller in height the word and visa versa. 5cm will not fit more than a 10 character word. The height of the word will depend on the tallest letter.
When ordering please choose the closest size, if you need to size up but the requirements is in between please drop this in the comments so we can adjust the size accordingly.
These are not suitable for fabric and are not dishwasher safe. If you leave your product to soak or use harsh abrasives it will remove the decal.
Please leave the text exactly as you require it with Capitals, grammar and punctuation such as hyphens etc, these will be copied and pasted from your order so this must be correct
