• In order to provide these flyers at a reduced rate the flyer design must be provided. The design must be to the specific size you have ordered. These will not be altered in any way, resizing may cause a slight white border around your design if it isnt to specification.

SHIPPING & RETURNS – QUICK SUMMARY

• Turnaround: Our standard production time is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Design work, amendments and busy periods may require additional time.

• No priority service: Orders are completed in the order they are received. We do not offer a rush, priority or "jump the queue" service, regardless of order size. This also applies to collection orders.

• Please order early: We recommend ordering well in advance if you need your items for a specific date, particularly during busy periods and around bank holidays.

• Delivery: We use Royal Mail and Evri for suitable orders. DPD is only available for large or bulky items.

• Foamex boards: These are sent exclusively via DPD with insurance included.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch email. Small parcels and large letters may not receive their first scan until they reach the local depot.

• Courier delays: Delivery times are controlled by the courier once your parcel has been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays, including delays caused by busy periods, bank holidays, weather or disruption.

• Lost or damaged parcels: A replacement will only be issued once the courier has investigated and confirmed the parcel as lost or damaged, allowing a claim to be pursued where applicable. Please retain damaged packaging and provide photographs if requested.

• Personalised items: Personalised and bespoke products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. They can be returned/replaced if they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.

• Non-personalised items: Eligible non-personalised products can be returned under the usual online change-of-mind rules. Customers have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to return the item.

• Return condition: Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in resalable condition. A deduction may apply where an item has been unnecessarily used or damaged.

• Faulty items: Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Tri Fold Brochures

C fold ideal for menus and price lists, printed on 130gsm or 250gsm glossy paper.  Tri fold flyers use 2 vertical folds giving you 3 portrait panels on each side, allowing for plenty of room to create a menu, price list or informational leaflet.

You will be provided with a full design preview before this product is sent to print. Please check your junk mail if you have not received a preview 24 hours after the next working day from you ordering.

Small Print Run Flyers do not have a design service included. Please upload your design upon ordering. You will not be provided with a preview so please ensure your design is to size and correct.

Do not store in humid conditions or high heat as this could distort the print or curl the paper. Keep away from direct sunlight
