RETURNS POLICY

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault along with your order number when contacting us.  Once the faulty item has been returned, we will issue a refund. Any misprints or typos after final preview acceptance is not our responsibility and you will be expected to pay for this at your own cost.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that this excludes weekends and bank holidays. If your order requires design work, the turnaround time may be longer. We will always endeavor to keep you informed of any delays.  

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. These include:

• Royal Mail

• Evri

• DPD

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on the option you choose.  Your delivery time depends on the courier you choose at the time of checkout. Please note that busy periods could cause delays and we are not held responsible for courier delays.

These flyers are ideal for market stalls or one time distribution.  If a design is not needed or we already have the design on file please notify us at the checkout.

If a design is needed simply upload your logo using the upload button at the checkout page or Email it or any other images you wish to add.   Please note as much information you can provide at first contact will speed up the production cost.

If you have seen a design elsewhere you like, although we cannot copy this we can create something very similar.  If you have a design created on Canva that needs tweaking you can also share the link with us in an email or the box provided.

All designs are subject to preview and can be adjusted to add or change anything before going to print.

To Order

• Use the drop down menu to choose the quantity of leaflets you would like.

• Use the information section to provide us with the information you would like adding to your flyer.

• Add your order to your shopping basket and checkout when you have finished shopping with us.  Please dont forget to upload or email us any images you would like to add to your cards.

Once we have received your order it will be shipped withing 5-7 working days.  (delays in information or preview acceptance will result in further delays)

Each flyer is 148 x 210mm (5.8x8.3 inches)

A6 Flyers

Printed on premium 250gsm Glossy Paper

Each flyer is 105 x 148mm

Tri Fold Brochures

C fold ideal for menus and price lists, printed on 130gsm or 250gsm glossy paper.  Tri fold flyers use 2 vertical folds giving you 3 portrait panels on each side, allowing for plenty of room to create a menu, price list or informational leaflet.

You will be provided with a full design preview before this product is sent to print. Please check your junk mail if you have not received a preview 24 hours after the next working day from you ordering.

Do not store in humid conditions or high heat as this could distort the print or curl the paper. Keep away from direct sunlight
