Shipping & Returns Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for faulty items. Report faults within 24 hours with photographic evidence and your order number. After returning the faulty item, a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for misprints or typos after final preview acceptance, and costs for corrections will be your responsibility.
This product has a 5-7 working day turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays), and shipping options via Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
Important Information
Business Cards and Thank You cards are single sided and a generic template
Planners and Books are samples only, inserts are not customisable and they are bound with plastic binders.
Lollipops are flat not round for safety reasons
Scratch Cards and Loyalty Cards are a generic design. If you would like a specific offer please email or add to the notes when ordering.
Packing paper is printed on 60 gsm
If you are a repeat customer your products are kept on file and you need do nothing unless something has changed since your last order.
Unfortunately, due to these being heavy discounted the contents are not adjustable

- Add your business details for your business cards. Not having the right information at the time of ordering may impact the turnaround time.
- As generic templates are used you may not receive a preview of the products before printing, please check to make sure all your information is correct as this will be copied and pasted
