Every month we'll send you a whole new box of loveliness.

On the 1st of every month, we'll send you a themed box. Your first box will be sent on the 1st of the month and then every month thereafter. The cut off date for subscription of the next box is seven days before they are due to ship, so we know how many boxes to make.

Example - Purchase made on the 25th Feb you will receive a March themed subscription box on or around the 1st March. Your payments will be taken on the 25th of every month thereafter.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for faulty items. Report faults within 24 hours with photographic evidence and your order number. After returning the faulty item, a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for misprints or typos after final preview acceptance, and costs for corrections will be your responsibility.

This product has a 5-7 working day turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays), and shipping options via Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
