    Although these mugs can be washed in a dishwasher it is advised to avoid or do not use the 90° cycle as this could reactivate the sublimation process

    These 11oz mugs are sublimated to give a longer lasting image. They can withstand many long years of washing without the image chipping or fading.

    The cups have baby pink handles and inside.

    Unfortunately we do not take orders face to face or over the telephone as we need the specifics of an order written down by your so we can keep referring back to this. Taking down essential information over the phone or in person can lead to miscommunication and typo errors.

    Unfortunately we do not take orders face to face or over the telephone as we need the specifics of an order written down by your so we can keep referring back to this. Taking down essential information over the phone or in person can lead to miscommunication and typo errors.
  • What is your returns policy?
    Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns unless there is an obvious fault with the product and it is reported within the 24 hours of the item being received. We send out previews of most of our products before we send to print, please check these previews as soon as possible so not to delay your order. Once you have accepted the final preview we take no responsibility for any errors once the order is in production. You will not receive a preview for an uploaded design, this is your responsibility and will be printed as uploaded. If the image is unsuitable to use this may not be picked up on when going to production. Please make sure all images are original PDF, PNG or SVG files. Business Cards must be in 8.5 x 5.5cm format, standard American designs do not fit our cutters and the design will be cut off. Contact us for advise if you are unsure of anything before completing your order.
  • What is your current turnaround for orders?
    Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 working days till dispatch, this does not include weekends and Bank Holidays. During busy periods our turnaround time can be 7-10 days before dispatch and then how long your selected courier can take.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    At the moment we are currently shipping UK orders but hope to send to the EU and US soon. Royal mail orders will be picked up the very next working day from you receiving your fulfillment email. 1st Class Royal Mail will take approximately 24 hours from this time. 2nd class 48 hours. You can opt for tracked service, this tracking information will be dent with your fulfillment email. Evri is a tracked service and is used for ALL free delivery services provided across the website. Please choose Royal Mail and pay if this is not suitable. Evri Next Day is not a guarantee but in most cases it will arrive within a few days. Evri Standard takes 3-5 working day. You can track your parcel. DPD is next day on all orders, this is the next working day from when the parcel has been picked up from ourselves. You can track your parcel. Please note: We cannot take responsibility for delayed parcels. The lost parcel policy is on the couriers website. If a parcel can be determined as lost we will start proceedings to investigate this. if an order is over £20 we may not refund or re-issue your order until the courier has accepted responsibility for your order. Royal Mail orders are not insured. We cannot take responsibility for tracked items if they have been delivered to a safe place or an address and have not been retrieved by yourself.
