Please Note all logos must be a clean crisp image not a screenshot. The best way to test a logo resolution is to Zoom in and out of the image and check for pixalation or blurring. Very pale colours may not always show up, please try avoid these.
Shipping & Returns Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for faulty items. Report faults within 24 hours with photographic evidence and your order number. After returning the faulty item, a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for misprints or typos after final preview acceptance, and costs for corrections will be your responsibility.
This product has a 5-7 working day turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays), and shipping options via Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
