The menus and price lists are printed on high quality paper,
170gsm is a high quality flyer type material. If you prefer a matte finish rather than glossy please leave a note when ordering.
250 gsm is a more rigid cardstock, perfect for tables and to be refused
400 gsm is a high quality thick card typically used for restaurants and cafes.
All our prices include full design and adjustments, if you have your design this is great. You can simply upload your design or email info@tsbusinesscardslabels.co.uk However, there is no price adjustment for this or reprints.
At TS Business Cards and Labels we pride ourselves in providing graphic designs within our prices for small businesses who just simply do not have the budget for this service. In order to be able to afford this we spread our design costs over the majority of our products. This also means that you are not tied to a simple template that will be reused over and over again. Each design is unique in its own way. This also means that although we cannot show you a preview before the order is made you can see previous customer products giving you an idea of how your product may look.

Previews and Turnaround
Please ensure we have all information and images including logos when ordering. A delay in information will significantly hold up your order. We do not provide a logo design service within this price. All designs are included in the price and we will get back to you within *24 hours of you ordering if you require a full design. (This can take upto 5 working days to be complated) After a full brief to discuss what is required 2 amendments are allowed but after this there will be a charge of £5 per amendment.
All orders will take upto 7-10 working days minimum.

Then use the information section to provide us with the information you would like adding to your leaflet.
Finally, add your order to your shopping basket and checkout when you have finished shopping with us. Please dont forget to email us any images, information, colours, you would like to add to your leaflets. info@tsbusinesscardslabels.co.uk
Once we have received your order we will contact you for a full brief if a design is required within 24 hours of your order. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days. (delays in information or review acceptance will result in further delays)

Please Note: we cannot offer a refund once we have started on your order, this is usually within the first 24hrs of placing your order.
Shipping & Returns Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for faulty items. Report faults within 24 hours with photographic evidence and your order number. After returning the faulty item, a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for misprints or typos after final preview acceptance, and costs for corrections will be your responsibility.
This product has a 5-7 working day turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays), and shipping options via Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
