If a specific design has not been requested then a design to suit your needs will be chosen. You will be sent a preview before printing commences to ensure you are happy to go ahead.

Please note - all design fees are included in the price. If you have a design thats great but there is no reduction in price for providing.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for faulty items. Report faults within 24 hours with photographic evidence and your order number. After returning the faulty item, a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for misprints or typos after final preview acceptance, and costs for corrections will be your responsibility.

This product has a 5-7 working day turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays), and shipping options via Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
