As a business owner, CLP labelling of your home fragrance products is very important – this not only builds trust with your customers but it also keeps your business legally safe for Insurance purposes.  However, this is fiddley and time consuming so why not let us take the hassle.

 

CLP are sold in A4 Sheets of 24 45mm Round Stickers of the same scent.

 

We have no affiliation with and are not selling on behalf of any fragrance supplier. The respective trademarks and intellectual property remain theirs. 

 

Precautionary statements are not included as standard (avoid breathing vapour/wear protective clothing etc) 

 

We accept no responsibility for inaccurate information in supplier CLP documentation. 

 

You must name your fragrance oil as shown on your suppliers website, please put your (pred]fered fragrance name) in brackets at the side

Notify us if you change the name to something else (leave blank if not)

Enter your company and contact details - we will use what you enter EXACTLY as you enter it so please ensure these are filled in as you would like them to appear on the labels

  • How to order

    1. Enter the name of your fragrance oil exactly as it appears and if required your preferred name in (brackets)
    2. Add your Business Name. Building Name/House number, Postcode and Telephone Number  This will be copied and pasted directly into your label, please make sure this is correct.
    3. Add to basket
    4. Repeat for each scent,  For repeat fragrance orders enter N/A in the business box to avoid retyping for each scent.  You must have entered your business details at least once for your order, failure to do so will result in a delay in your order

     

  • Essential Reading

    Fragrance names and business details will be printed exactly as supplied – please ensure that you double check the information entered before submitting your order. It is your responsibility to be compliant with the relevant guidance on labelling and packaging in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.

    If there are any issues with your order, we will message you prior to completion.

    Unfortunately we do not take orders face to face or over the telephone as we need the specifics of an order written down by your so we can keep referring back to this. Taking down essential information over the phone or in person can lead to miscommunication and typo errors.

  • What is your returns policy?
    Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns unless there is an obvious fault with the product and it is reported within the 24 hours of the item being received. We send out previews of most of our products before we send to print, please check these previews as soon as possible so not to delay your order. Once you have accepted the final preview we take no responsibility for any errors once the order is in production. You will not receive a preview for an uploaded design, this is your responsibility and will be printed as uploaded. If the image is unsuitable to use this may not be picked up on when going to production. Please make sure all images are original PDF, PNG or SVG files. Business Cards must be in 8.5 x 5.5cm format, standard American designs do not fit our cutters and the design will be cut off. Contact us for advise if you are unsure of anything before completing your order.
  • What is your current turnaround for orders?
    Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 working days till dispatch, this does not include weekends and Bank Holidays. During busy periods our turnaround time can be 7-10 days before dispatch and then how long your selected courier can take.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    At the moment we are currently shipping UK orders but hope to send to the EU and US soon. Royal mail orders will be picked up the very next working day from you receiving your fulfillment email. 1st Class Royal Mail will take approximately 24 hours from this time. 2nd class 48 hours. You can opt for tracked service, this tracking information will be dent with your fulfillment email. Evri is a tracked service and is used for ALL free delivery services provided across the website. Please choose Royal Mail and pay if this is not suitable. Evri Next Day is not a guarantee but in most cases it will arrive within a few days. Evri Standard takes 3-5 working day. You can track your parcel. DPD is next day on all orders, this is the next working day from when the parcel has been picked up from ourselves. You can track your parcel. Please note: We cannot take responsibility for delayed parcels. The lost parcel policy is on the couriers website. If a parcel can be determined as lost we will start proceedings to investigate this. if an order is over £20 we may not refund or re-issue your order until the courier has accepted responsibility for your order. Royal Mail orders are not insured. We cannot take responsibility for tracked items if they have been delivered to a safe place or an address and have not been retrieved by yourself.
