Our Business Card sized Thank you cards are designed to help you stand out in a crowd without breaking your budget. They’re printed on high-quality card stock.  All we need is your logo.  These little cards are the perfect accessory to finish any order.
 
If you prefer a specific font to be used please leave the font names in the box provided, if not the fonts in your logo or closest to it will be used.

  • Upload your logo or email us your logo

    You can simply upload your logo using the upload button at the bottm of the screen (please remember to add in the comments you have done this) or Email it or any other images you wish to add to

    We will be intouch as soon as possible to confirm that we have received all your images.  Please note this will be Mon-Fri only.  We will use the colour pallette and the style of your logo to design your card.  

    This option can have a 5-7 business day turnaround dependant on us recieving all the information needed upon order and the acceptance of the previews.

    Colours are printed in RGB and CMYK & Pantone will be automatically converted which may slightly affect the colour of your print.  Your colours may also differ between products and batches.  This is due to using different machines and paper type.

  • Product Details

    Our low cost business cards are printed on a sleek 300gsm Silk white uncoated card and are 8.5cm x 5.5cm.  These are easy to write and ideal if you are just starting out or just need something to hand out with your products or at events. 

    You do not need a design for these cards as a pre-designed template will be used to compliment your logo or to speed the process along you can upload or email your own design 

    Please note that these are not full colour backgrounds.   We have found that this type of card does not give the best finish on double sided bold colours.  However, if you would like to discuss whether your design would be suitable please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • To Order

    Use the drop down menu to choose the quantity of cards you would like, the design required and whether you would like the edges rounded. Choose the best layout for your logo design, dont worry if this doesnt work as we will make sure the design fits your logo perfectly. If we alter the choosen template we will email you a preview of your card.

    Then use the information section to provide us with the thank you note you prefer your own twist.

    Unfortunately we do not take orders face to face or over the telephone as we need the specifics of an order written down by your so we can keep referring back to this. Taking down essential information over the phone or in person can lead to miscommunication and typo errors.

  • What is your returns policy?
    Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns unless there is an obvious fault with the product and it is reported within the 24 hours of the item being received. We send out previews of most of our products before we send to print, please check these previews as soon as possible so not to delay your order. Once you have accepted the final preview we take no responsibility for any errors once the order is in production. You will not receive a preview for an uploaded design, this is your responsibility and will be printed as uploaded. If the image is unsuitable to use this may not be picked up on when going to production. Please make sure all images are original PDF, PNG or SVG files. Business Cards must be in 8.5 x 5.5cm format, standard American designs do not fit our cutters and the design will be cut off. Contact us for advise if you are unsure of anything before completing your order.
  • What is your current turnaround for orders?
    Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 working days till dispatch, this does not include weekends and Bank Holidays. During busy periods our turnaround time can be 7-10 days before dispatch and then how long your selected courier can take.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    At the moment we are currently shipping UK orders but hope to send to the EU and US soon. Royal mail orders will be picked up the very next working day from you receiving your fulfillment email. 1st Class Royal Mail will take approximately 24 hours from this time. 2nd class 48 hours. You can opt for tracked service, this tracking information will be dent with your fulfillment email. Evri is a tracked service and is used for ALL free delivery services provided across the website. Please choose Royal Mail and pay if this is not suitable. Evri Next Day is not a guarantee but in most cases it will arrive within a few days. Evri Standard takes 3-5 working day. You can track your parcel. DPD is next day on all orders, this is the next working day from when the parcel has been picked up from ourselves. You can track your parcel. Please note: We cannot take responsibility for delayed parcels. The lost parcel policy is on the couriers website. If a parcel can be determined as lost we will start proceedings to investigate this. if an order is over £20 we may not refund or re-issue your order until the courier has accepted responsibility for your order. Royal Mail orders are not insured. We cannot take responsibility for tracked items if they have been delivered to a safe place or an address and have not been retrieved by yourself.
